  “Completely unacceptable from every perspective. It took 8 weeks for them to show-up. They didn't call before arriving to inform us or determine if the timing was good. They power washed one morning and didn't show-up again for 3 weeks to stain. They parked their oil leaking truck in our driveway. The stain was splattered on our house, deck furniture, windows and plants once they did complete the job there were large spots missing stain. They said they would walk the deck with us upon completion to ensure it was acceptable which never happened. When we informed them of the large spots missing stain a man dropped off a small container of stain for us to apply after they said they would come out and touch things up.”
