  “We had originally signed up with Maggie Maid to do a 'deep clean' of our 2500 Sq Ft house and then follow up with 2 visits a month.
  
  The deep clean service cost $185 and lasted about 4.5 hours. Two women worked the house. As they were ready to leave, my wife pointed out multiple areas that needed more attention. The women said that it was a big job, did some superficial work to placate her, and left quickly without completing the rest of the areas she was unhappy with.
  
  We felt that for 40 dollars an hour there should have been more attention paid to the areas that needed deeper cleaning.
  
  The next day my wife contacted the management of the company to ask for a return visit to finish the work. The manager that returned her message was very unaplogetic, told her that the areas she wanted done were not agreed upon and did not offer any return service or reimbursement of any kind.
  
  We have canceled further service from this company and would suggest others try elsewhere for cleaning services.”
