  “I called The Maids after I read a
  door hanger ad that I was thoroughly
  impressed by. I was furthermore impressed by the Man I spoke with on the phone about the Maids' Difference. I was sold on the
  environmentally friendly products they use, and the fantastic backpack vacuum that reduces mold and airborne allergens by 99.9%. I've lived with allergies all of my life, and I finally thought I had found a cleaning company that could meet my standards of Clean.
  
  I WAS WRONG!!! Horribly Wrong!
  After paying nearly $400.00 for a
  First Time Clean, which took 4 people about 45 minutes to do (I was told that I was paying for almost 3 hours in a 3,200 sq. ft. home), my house was left un-vacuumed, un-dusted, and I was left $400 lighter. Upon complaining to one of the sales managers, she told me that the team had completed their job according to some labor log that they trust their employees to fill out honestly. I was also told that a manager was on site to monitor my home as it was being cleaned, which is complete CRAP, because I was there the entire time, and my cleaning team spent less than an hour in my home.
  Bad Company, Idiot Sales People, and a Poor Poor Product!”
