Who We Are: Edward J. Policastri, Owner and President of Bond Building Services, has over 35 years in the janitorial maintenance, cleaning and construction & renovation industries beginning his tenure as a cleaner at National Cleaning Contractors in 1983. He rose rapidly to foreman on one of the City’s most prominent projects: Construction of the World Financial Center in Lower Manhattan. Since starting Bond, his company has been a well-respected service provider in the cleaning and janitorial industries drawing from a management team with over 100 years of collective industry experience and knowledge. (As a former NYC police officer, he knows a thing or two about keeping order!)
