  “I live in town and my family used to use Pristine Cleaners' service often. Despite this, after soiling a white polo shirt green, they refused to refund any money or credit. After going back a second time to talk to someone else, they accused me of making the shirt green myself and balming them falsely. A mistake once in a while is not a huge fault, but having horribly rude and irresponsible customer service is. Save yourself the trouble and take your dry cleaning somewhere else.”
