$79-$89 - Smaller homes (1500 sq ft. and under)
$90-$99 - Bigger homes (1500 sq ft and more)
Homes 2,000 sq ft and more are subject to different prices call for more information.
Move In/Out Guidelines
Move Ins/Outs prices may vary depending on what you need done i.e. (washing baseboards, cleaning inside refrigerator and stove, cleaning cabinets inside and out etc...) because there is different type of work to be done than your usual home cleaning.

We understand move in/out cleanings are different than you typical home cleanings. We know you want the home to be in the best condition possible either to paint, put on the market, get your deposit back or just have it sparkling clean for the next tenants.
