  “I used Good Impressions Cleaning company a few weeks ago and I found their work very disappointing. First off, they never showed up for the first cleaning. i had to call them to find out what happened. Donna had told me that they couldn't find my address. When I asked why I didn't get a phone call, she just passed me on to the owner Chimene who didn't really have an answer for me. after rescheduling, they finally came to my place to clean and they did a really poor job at that.\n\nI complained and they offered to do a free cleaning but after those 2 experiences, I declined and found a more professional company to clean my apartment. i just wanted to let anyone reading this to know that Good Impressions cleaning left me BAD IMPRESSIONS!!!”

  “Buyer beware. Tino had repaired our bathroom countertop approximately 4 months ago. We had concerns that the counter may recrack as another marble restoration operator was not able to fix it properly. He verbally gave us a promise to come back and repair it should it crack within one year. We had reached him at his office and he told us to call him back at another time to schedule a possible revisit. We called him and left several messages and he has not since returned any of our calls or made due on his guarantee. We are highly disappointed in both his service, which was not exactly inexpensive and his professionalism. Please do not make the same mistake as us.”
